Shipping policy

Delivery time:
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days from dispatch. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your package is on its way.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery method:
We ship with Posten/Bring.

Delays:
During busy periods (e.g. sales, holidays or unforeseen events), delivery may take a little longer. We will do our best to keep you updated if any delays occur.

Returns:

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@luca-luce.no. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Storgata 21, 3611 Kongsberg, Norway.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Uncollected parcels:
If a parcel is not collected within the deadline and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee for uncollected parcels (e.g. NOK 150) to cover our costs.
