Terms of purchase

1. Orders
When you place an order with us, we will send you an order confirmation by email. Your order is binding only once you have received this confirmation.

2. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) including VAT. We offer secure payment methods such as Vipps, Klarna, Visa and Mastercard.
Card payment (Visa/Mastercard): The amount is reserved at purchase and normally charged shortly after your order has been confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse.
Vipps: The amount is charged as soon as the order is completed.
Klarna (invoice/instalments): Purchases with Klarna are subject to Klarna's own terms. You will receive an invoice directly from Klarna and pay them according to their deadlines.

3. Delivery
We ship your items as quickly as possible, usually within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and delivery address.
Shipping costs will be shown at checkout before payment.
