Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery to United Kingdom normally takes approx. 5–10 business days after dispatch, and you will receive tracking information by email.

Your parcel ships from Norway and must clear customs in United Kingdom. Customs duties, import taxes and any clearance fees may be charged on delivery and are paid by the recipient. Customs clearance can add a few days to the delivery time.
You will receive tracking information by email once your parcel has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak season, around public holidays and in case of carrier or customs delays.
Returns and exchanges
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The product must be unused and in its original packaging for the return to be approved. Get in touch via the contact form and we will send you return instructions.
Warranty
All Luca & Luce sunglasses come with a two-year warranty.

You can pay with Klarna or card. With Klarna, you can split the payment into four interest-free instalments.

Keep them in the case when you're not wearing them, and clean the lenses with the included cleaning cloth. Avoid placing the lenses against hard surfaces or using strong cleaning agents.
